Unofficial TikTok API — Email Check
GET/api/v1/email_check
Check whether an email address is registered on TikTok. Sends nothing to the address (no code, no mailbox) — a fast existence check.

Returns
email and registered (true/false). Nothing is sent to the address; registered: false is a definitive answer from TikTok.
